Candidates who have registered but are unable to secure a seat in the desired batch will automatically be considered for enrollment in the next available batch of the same course.<\/p>\n<p>Students wishing to change their batch must submit a written request either through email or a signed hard copy application. Subject to seat availability, management may accommodate the student in a subsequent batch.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that fees paid after registration involve administrative expenses, lead generation costs, taxes, consultation charges, and other operational costs. Therefore, students are advised to make an informed decision before enrolling, as fees once paid may not be refundable except as specifically mentioned in this policy.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>Fee Receipt Policy<\/h2>\n<p>Students shall receive an original fee receipt immediately upon payment.<\/p>\n<p>If, for any reason, a representative of SkillPetals is unable or unwilling to provide an official receipt, the student reserves the right to withhold payment until a valid receipt is issued or escalate the matter to higher management.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>Fee Payment Extensions<\/h2>\n<p>Requests for extension or modification of fee payment dates shall be considered only with prior approval from the authorized management of SkillPetals.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>Refund Policy<\/h2>\n<h3>Registration Fee &amp; GST<\/h3>\n<p>The Registration Fee and GST component paid by the student are non-refundable under all circumstances.<\/p>\n<h3>Student-Initiated Cancellation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>If a student cancels enrollment seven (7) or more calendar days before the scheduled course commencement date, the student shall be eligible for a full refund of the course fee, excluding registration charges and applicable taxes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>If a student cancels enrollment between one (1) and six (6) days before the course commencement date, only 50% of the course fee shall be refunded after deduction of registration charges and applicable taxes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>No other cancellation or refund requests shall be entertained.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h2>Online Training Cancellation<\/h2>\n<p>SkillPetals reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel any classroom training program due to insufficient enrollment, trainer unavailability, force majeure events, natural disasters, political disturbances, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>Online Training Refund Policy<\/h2>\n<p>Refund requests shall not be accepted under the following circumstances:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>The student has attended more than one day of online training.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The student has downloaded course materials from the learning portal.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Additional Conditions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Refund requests must be submitted within seven (15) days of the commencement of the first session.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>No refund shall be provided for discounted courses.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>No refund shall be provided if the student fails to attend the scheduled training sessions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Refund requests submitted beyond seven (15) days from the date of purchase shall not be considered.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Approved refunds shall be processed within twenty (20) working days from the date of receipt of the refund request.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h1>Cancellation of Admission<\/h1>\n<p>A student&#8217;s admission may be cancelled under any of the following circumstances:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Absence from four (4) consecutive classes without prior notification or approval.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Failure to pay fees as per the agreed payment schedule.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Violation of SkillPetals\u2019 rules, regulations, code of conduct, or disciplinary policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>SkillPetals reserves the right to cancel admission, if deemed necessary, without prior notice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Extended absence without following the prescribed leave or break procedure may result in the student being classified as a dropout.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Batch transfers shall be processed only after a formal request is received from the student.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Transfer or course break requests shall be permitted only after full payment of the course fee. Otherwise, a re-admission fee equivalent to 10% of the course fee may be applicable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>All break or transfer requests are subject to management approval and seat availability.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>A maximum break period of two (2) months is permitted, and only one break shall be allowed during a course.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>During the break period, course curriculum, fee structures, or course offerings may change. In such cases, students may be required to enroll in an alternative course or pay any applicable fee difference.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>If course fees increase during the break period, the student shall be responsible for paying the revised fee difference upon rejoining.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr>\n<h1>Career Assistance Services<\/h1>\n<p>SkillPetals provides placement assistance to students who successfully complete their certification programs. Placement support policies may vary depending on the course, industry requirements, hiring trends, and partner company recruitment policies.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h1>Placement Disclaimer<\/h1>\n<p>Participation in any SkillPetals training program or certification course does not guarantee employment or job placement.<\/p>\n<p>While SkillPetals strives to provide industry-relevant training, career guidance, and interview opportunities, securing employment depends on various factors, including individual performance, market conditions, communication skills, technical competency, and employer requirements.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h1>100% Job Guarantee \u2013 Terms &amp; Conditions<\/h1>\n<p>To qualify for the SkillPetals Job Guarantee Program, students must:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Demonstrate strong theoretical and practical knowledge of the enrolled course.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Achieve a minimum score of 75% in all internal assessments and evaluations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain a minimum attendance of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>80% in Theory Sessions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>80% in Personality Development Sessions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>80% in Practical and Assignment Sessions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Pay the complete course fee according to the agreed payment plan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Eligible Candidates<\/h3>\n<p>Students fulfilling all eligibility requirements shall receive placement assistance with opportunities aligned to the prevailing industry standards and salary ranges applicable to their qualifications, certifications, skill levels, and employer requirements.<\/p>\n<p>SkillPetals will make every reasonable effort to arrange multiple interview opportunities.
